We are appealing for any unwanted clothes for any age or gender, in good condition to be brought into school by this Wednesday 24th January.
This is our contribution to the work of Ardscoil Ris Secondary School on Griffith Ave for Catholic Schools Week. Ten students from Ardscoil Ris will travel to Zambia in March. They will be participating in projects run by the Presentation Sisters, Comboni Sisters, Christian Brothers and the Holy Spirit Sisters. Each order is involved in education, youth groups and children from impoverished backgrounds.
The only exception to this is not to bring in heavy coats/jackets or jumpers as they are too bulky for long-distance travelling.
