We are committed to creating a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for all our students. Bullying in any form undermines the quality of education and the well-being of our school community. Our anti-bullying policy is designed to prevent, address, and resolve incidents of bullying effectively, ensuring every student feels secure and valued. The anti-bullying policy has been developed and is reviewed and updated annually. It reflects our commitment to all our students. We aim to instil in or students the importance of their responsibilities as well as their rights. This year 24/25 we will begin to develop our Bí Cineáltas programme.

Dominican College has a proud tradition of organising special lessons and activities for students that aim to:
- To educate people about bullying and how to avoid it and/or deal with it
- To reinforce the fact that we have a policy in place and what it includes
- To promote an atmosphere of respect and tolerance amongst the school community
- To provide an opportunity for the students to "bond" in a fun way
- To help students to understand the importance of friendship.
