SPHE
The Social, Personal, and Health Education (SPHE) curriculum in Dominican College is designed to equip students with essential life skills that promote personal growth and positive social interactions. By focusing on key learning outcomes and wellbeing indicators, this curriculum encourages students to engage in meaningful discussions about their health, relationships, and responsibilities within the community.
In our inclusive classroom environment, we strive to create a supportive space where every student feels valued and empowered to express themselves. Through interactive lessons, students learn to navigate challenges, build resilience, and foster a sense of belonging, which are crucial for their overall wellbeing and development as responsible citizens. Emphasising collaboration and respect, the SPHE curriculum enhances individual skills and cultivates a community of learners who are prepared to contribute positively to society.
